KLMDC MessThe KLMDC and IMDC mess caters to the nutrition needs of the executives enrolled in the various fully residential one year programs and Management Development Programmes. Institute guests accommodated in KLMDC/IMDC generally eat here. The spread here is larger than the student mess, hence cost will be on the higher side. Generally breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner are served.
The meals are the Indian vegetarian staple: Chappatis/Parathas/Puris [Flat, unleavened breads], 2 curries [green Vegetables, Pulses], 1 Subzi [dry green Vegetable] Dal & [Lentil soups], Dahi [plain Yogurt], Salad, Papad [fried Crispies], Pickles, Rice. And Indian desserts. Non vegetarian dishes are also offered alongside, twice a day. Mainly, chicken and lamb and occasionally eggs. |
