Industry Scholarships

• The Institute awards several industry scholarships to students based on academic performance. 13 First Year and 13 Second Year students were awarded these scholarships.
• The Aditya Birla Scholarships were given to 4 First Year students and 3 Second Year students
• The Sir Ratan Tata Scholarships instituted by Sir Ratan Tata trust, Mumbai, were given to 5 Second Year students
• One student was awarded the Kollengode V. Srinivas Award, S. Umapathy Prize, S. K. Seth Memorial Award
• Two students received the IFCI and Chaudhary-Padmanabhan-Pant Award for the best thesis proposal
• Two academic merit awards were instituted during the year for PGP-ABM students, one by Nestle India Ltd. and the other by the Institute. Each award carries a Certificate of Merit and cash component of Rs 25,000. Two students were awarded these scholarships based on their performance in the Second Year
• Three students were awarded the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad Medal for Scholastic Performance
• 9 FPM students were conferred the title ‘Fellow of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad’
• Two students were given travel awards to participate in international conferences
