Work done so far: Running projects on Study of downward influence tactics across genders and sectors and Enhancing Leadership Opportunities for Women in IT and ITES Sector
Description of Method:
The study undertaken would be first of its kind in the Indian scenario assessing the nature of downward influence tactics across genders, where affect and sectors will be taken as moderators.
It is hypothesized that the use of downward influence tactics will be different for both the genders in different organizational cultures.
The researchers aim to adopt a two fold approach of investigation: in-depth interview from a randomly selected sample (Qualitatively) and analysis of responses on Questionnaires (Qualitatively) by using SPSS.
