In-company programmes focusing on general management, functional and behavioural perspectives are for one single company. The managers can be middle, senior, or top persons. These programmes are organization specific, keeping in mind the organizational needs and requirements.

The in-company are held at Institute Campus where the participants stay and prepare for the sessions. The effort of the IIMA faculty is to provide an academic learning setting where the participants experience and undergo the rigour and discipline of IIMA education.
